In 1994 Mark Bornais a formwork designer was introduced to Insulated Concrete forms when contracted to build a commercial foundation.  A cost comparison of this project was made reviewing conventional forming systems and ICF, the overall cost savings using Insulated Concrete Forms was substantial. The project was an instant success providing the owner with a far greater rewards both in costs and building quality.

ICF SYSTEMS was created in 2002 from a passion for construction and the commitment to the concrete forming industry. We started working with ICF technology in 1994, we are proud to have been working with and of service to the construction industry for the last 25 years.
 

ICF Systems main purpose is to be of SERVICE  to everyone that is building with ICF building products. We support Energy Efficient buildings supplying and supporting Contractors and building owners. We work with and provide technical support to Architects and Engineers helping in their  Insulated Concrete Forming designing process. The “Green built and passive commercial and speciality homes ”projects have embraced ICF building technology.
